Irish Cream Cake in the west? You betcha!

I'm sharing my original recipe for my tender and sweet Irish Cream cake. It's perfect for any celebration and can be baked into a cake or a bar cookie.

Made with love in my western kitchen on the mountain. It's the best in the west!

I would love to know your comments, these videos are a new endeavor for me, so I hope you are enjoying them...

My interview from across the pond!

I truly enjoyed chatting with the UK's Emma Hardcastle
Join me in the The White Room

I love sharing our stories about life in the modern wild west, this interview gave me chance to talk about the upcoming sequel to Go West, Young Woman! and how I "paint with words" to offer you a mental picture to help you share in our western experience.  Find out more about my artwork, the cougar, and other wildlife that visit us, in this fun and informal chat.

Tea Time on the Range.

                                              High Noon Tea

Q&A with Wildlife Artist/Author Nancy Quinn # 7

It's tea time on the range. Join me for a cup, a few laughs, and conversation.  We will catch up on the news from our mountain homestead.  Is there a new cooking video in the future?  I have had a few suggestions/questions about expanding my baking videos into cooking, and demonstrating dinner recipes.  I talk about it in this new High Noon Tea episode, as well as some other fun subjects.

I’m deeply grateful for all your comments and correspondence. Please feel welcome to contact me at any time.  My sequel to “Go West, Young Woman!” should be released and available in bookstores in the spring, so I will keep you posted as the editing and production progresses.

Many thanks to all,
